Based on PAGASA Rainfall Advisory No. 4 issued at 5:00 PM today, the following areas in the province of Cebu—Daanbantayan, Medellin, Bogo City, San Remigio, Tabogon, Madridejos, Bantayan, Santa Fe, San Francisco, Poro, Tudela, Pilar, Lapu-Lapu City, Cordova, Cebu City, Talisay City, Minglanilla, Toledo City, Balamban, Mandaue City, Consolacion, Compostela, Liloan, Danao City, Asturias, Carmen, Catmon, Tabuelan, Sogod, Tuburan, and Borbon—as well as Victorias City, Manapla, Enrique B. Magalona, Talisay City, and Silay City in Negros Occidental, will experience light to moderate, and occasionally heavy, rains due to the easterlies.
The same weather conditions are expected in Escalante City, Toboso, Calatrava, San Carlos City, Salvador Benedicto, Sagay City, Bacolod City, Murcia, Bago City, Pulupandan, Valladolid, San Enrique, La Carlota City, La Castellana, Moises Padilla, Pontevedra, Hinigaran, Isabela, Binalbagan, Himamaylan City, Cauayan, Sipalay City, Candoni, Ilog, Kabankalan City, and Cadiz City in Negros Occidental.
In Negros Oriental, specifically Bacong, Dumaguete City, Valencia, Sibulan, San Jose, Amlan, Tanjay City, Pamplona, Mabinay, Bais City, Manjuyod, Bindoy, Ayungon, Tayasan, Jimalalud, La Libertad, Guihulngan City, Vallehermoso, and Canlaon City, light to heavy downpours are expected due to the easterlies.
The provinces of Eastern Samar, Samar, Biliran, Southern Leyte, Leyte, and Bohol—particularly Getafe, Talibon, Bien Unido, Trinidad, Ubay, Pres. Carlos P. Garcia, Mabini, Alicia, Candijay, Guindulman, Anda, Duero, Pilar, San Miguel, Buenavista, Inabanga, Danao, and Dagohoy—will also experience the same inclement weather.
