Some areas in Cebu province, particularly San Francisco, Poro, Tudela, and Pilar, will experience light to moderate rain with occasional heavy downpours over the next one to two hours.
The same weather conditions are also expected in several provinces in Region VIII, including Leyte, Southern Leyte, Eastern Samar, Samar, and Biliran.
