The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has issued a heavy rainfall outlook (50–100 mm) early this morning due to a shear line.
Affected areas include: Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, Northern Samar, and Eastern Samar.
For tomorrow, the same weather disturbance is expected in Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Albay, and Sorsogon.
On Wednesday, the provinces of Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Albay, and Sorsogon are still expected to experience inclement weather due to the shear line.
According to PAGASA, residents in mountainous or elevated areas may experience heavy downpours, and those in low-lying areas are advised to remain alert due to a high risk of flooding.
